Aster

My name is Aster! It's pretty obvious what I am.... I am a Blue Heeler AKA an Australian Cattle Dog! Of course we have no idea if I am a purebred heeler but I look pretty close. I am about 12 to 18 months old; but we think I am closer to 1! I am 40 lbs but a bit overweight which will come off quick with my increased activity. I should be closer to 33ish. Speaking of activity, like a classic heeler, I sure do love it. I love adventures, water, car rides, hikes and playing with my dog friends. That being said, I can also hang out, chill and enjoy relaxing moments with my humans. I love my foster dog roommates. They are also female heelers. They are slightly smaller and older than me so I think at certain times my nose boops get on their nerves but I think it's funny! I could totally live with another dog that wants to play with me and is kind of sturdy as I like to zoom around! I walk well on leash, I am housebroken and crate-trained. We think dog savvy kids 10+ would be appropriate for me. I do have some herding tendencies (of course!). Cats - no data on those!
