Lacey

My name is Lacey! I am just a little over 1 year old and 40 lbs, full grown. I look like a smaller version of a German Shepherd Mix. I am a very sweet and well-behaved companion. I have nice manners inside the house. I am housebroken and crate trained. I am great with dogs. Having another dog in my new home would be a huge plus. I am eager to be around other canines and play. They also give me a boost of confidence. I am good with cats. I tend to just ignore them. I have been around kids over 5 without issue. I seem to trust the kiddos quicker than I do some adults! I am still a bit hesitant around new people when they come over. I am not mean but I need a moment to make sure you are going to be nice to me. In my new home, my owners just need to be a bit patient and let me check out new people at my own pace. I get there; I really do! I have great recall. I want to stay close to my trusted people.
