My name is Max! Don't worry... I am your friend already. I am everyone's friend; at least that's what I think! I am a 12 to 18 month old Boxer. I am around 50 lbs and full grown. I am a typical boxer. I am goofy (that's #1), happy, energetic, jubilant and I wake up excited about life. I love to eat and will do most anything for a treat. I have zero issues with guarding food or toys, even though I like them all so much. I am best friends with every dog I meet... I mean, they are my bestest friends, I guess I may not be theirs but I try! I live with three other dogs and play is the name of the game! I am even good around cats BUT the cats have to be dog savvy and stand their ground. Remember - I am playful so if a cat wants to play chase, I gladly will. I bet you ALL my dog food that I will absolutely love the kids too. I am bouncy though so 8+ would be fantastic. I am crate trained, housebroken and great out in public. My public places so far have consisted of all of the home improvement stores like Home Depot, Lowes and garden nurseries. I am calm and like to observe others doing their thing. I need a little leash work and the right gear to limit my pulling. I absolutely love belly rubs and giving full hugs to my humans. I need a family who will do things with me - take me out, play and even maybe provide a fun canine sibling to romp with! I love the comforts of blankets and couches and human laps.
