Moonpie

My name is Moonpie! I am a gorgeous 1 year old boy and a Border Collie/Lab Mix. I am around 35 lbs and I don't seem to be getting much bigger. Unfortunately, even being as young as I am, I spent about 3 months in a shelter. I didn't let it get me down and I didn't let it scare me. I knew someone would break me out. And, they did! Now I am sitting pretty in a really great foster home. My foster brother is Snoopy. (He is a available too and we actually make a great pair... wink wink.) I didn't miss a beat when I started settling into probably my first good home ever. I have learned a routine. I have learned that the crate is not a bad thing and to go outside to go to the bathroom. I really love playing with Snoopy and romping in the backyard. I am food motivated and truly want to please my people. I love the great outdoors and if you are a nature buff, I am happy to be your side nature buff. I am still very much a puppy in some ways so some diligence up front will really pay off. I have not met young kids and the cat I met... well, I just wanted to play!
